five things you should know about couscous.

1. it's incredibly simple to make: boil some water, add your couscous, cover, and remove from heat, set timer for five minutes and fluff with a fork.
2. it's a great substitute for pasta.
3. it tastes yummy cold or hot.
4. it can be eaten for breakfast, cooked in milk with almonds and honey
5. it pairs delightfully with veggies or meat, alike.
